During this session, I can offer a fitness assessment and consultation. We can discuss what you’re looking for and how I can support you in reaching your goals. I hope to provide some basic recommendations and also give people a chance to get to know me and my approach better.

Strength and Conditioning
This work is important for all of my clients, especially for seniors. We start where you are and set clear achievable goals to get you where you want to be. Inactivity over time can cause muscle loss and atrophy, and osteoporosis and bone density loss. Younger clients are often interested in sports, and don’t consider this type of training unless they are seriously training for a specific sport. My older clients notice the effects and importance of strength and conditioning more clearly. We can maintain and improve muscle mass, maintain healthy joints and bones, and prevent injury, no matter what age or ability level you are at.
