Experience
I am currently enrolled at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto. The past 6 months, I’ve been building a mine own practice in the Osteopathic field. I have been working for YMCA Robert Lee Community since July 2012. My present main occupation is as an exercise specialist at the YMCA Burrard Community Center which includes per-rehabilitation programs that focuses on preparing patients for medical treatments. I am also currently at St. Paul’s Hospital as an employee at the Health Heart Program Prevention Clinic.
My main duties at the Healthy Heart program includes encouraging patients to maintain an active lifestyle through various exercises and providing the clients with education on living a well-balanced lifestyle such as making healthier food choices. My clients have various types of limitations, such as: cardiovascular issues, pulmonary issues, metabolic disease, or recovering from a heart attack or stroke. I work closely with the Healthy Heart Program’s multidisciplinary team which includes the cardiologists, nurses, dieticians and social workers.

Soccer Coaching
I am a licensed and experienced soccer coach. I’ve worked with youth between the ages of 12 and 19, as a member of the European Union of Football Association (UEFA). This has allowed me to work with new players and high performance soccer players.
Motivation and Empowerment
We’re experiencing a huge trend towards inactivity with all our vehicles and technology. Most people are not even close to the daily recommended activity levels. It has been scientifically proven that staying active improves our mental well being. We release stress and become more calm after exercise. Some of us feel intimidated by the gym atmosphere and can be overwhelmed with where to begin. I hope to provide the support my clients need to make fitness an enjoyable part of their lives.
