Soccer Coaching
I am a licensed and experienced soccer coach. I’ve worked with youth between the ages of 12 and 19, as a member of the European Union of Football Association (UEFA). This has allowed me to work with new players and high performance soccer players.
Youth
So many young people spend most of their free time in front of video games or watching TV. In fact, this physical inactivity can negatively impact their health and well-being. Anxiety and depression are on the rise in our youth, and we can support them by facilitating fun exercise days and programs. I have intermittent services for my younger clients, so please check my blog for the latest camps and programs.
